After several years partnering with exceptional engineers and innovative minds at Foundry, Scott now leads the studio as its sole owner, with a renewed focus on industrial design, creative direction, and the pursuit of what's next.
Foundry is an expression of Scott's passion for design—a creative space to explore ideas, collaborate with ambitious thinkers, and shape what comes next.
As a hands-on designer and design leader at adidas, Scott helped accelerate innovation through iconic designs and multiple industry firsts. His work, including the design collaboration of the official 2006 FIFA World Cup ball, demonstrated how design-led innovation can redefine categories and position brands as thought leaders.

Today, Scott draws on decades of experience working alongside world-class design teams to partner with ambitious startups and industry leaders. Scott will explore an optimistic vision of the future, creating meaningful opportunities for products and brands to lead rather than follow.
Scott draws inspiration from the natural world, emerging science and technology, new materials, manufacturing processes, and shifting markets. These influences fuel bold product concepts that challenge convention and reveal new possibilities.
Scott believes the strongest ideas emerge through collaboration and exploration. He thrives alongside talented teams, bringing together diverse expertise to carry ambitious ideas from early vision through to realization.
His contributions have earned numerous national and international design awards, including the prestigious Red Dot: Best of the Best distinction for the adidas Smart Run watch in 2014, recognizing the highest level of design quality.

PASSION & PURPOSE
A lifelong petrolhead and vintage Porsche enthusiast, Scott has a deep affinity for motorsport and the purposeful engineering that defines it. He is drawn to products with a clear sense of intent, where function, character, and identity are inseparable from their design DNA. For Scott, these are compelling examples of how purposeful design and emotional gestures can come together.
This appreciation extends to beautifully simple, elegant forms across ‘Wearables’, ‘Performance Wear’, ‘Personal Mobility’ and ‘Furniture’ which are material and process led expressions of ideas. Where proportions, a sensitivity to human scale, and considered details combine to create something greater than the sum of their parts.

FAMILY FIRST
Above all, Scott is a devoted husband and father to three beautiful boys who continue to teach him life's most valuable lessons. His commitment to family shapes the way he works, with a home-based studio that allows him to be present where he's needed most.
This considered approach to work and life gives Scott the flexibility to engage closely with clients and creative teams, remotely or in person when needed, bringing the same dedication, curiosity, and creative energy to every collaboration.
