Christian

When Christian DiBenedetto was a kid, he was infatuated with the way things work. Fortunately, he never grew out of that phase.

Initially he earned his degree as an Aerospace Engineer, but decided that he wanted to build things that enrich the lives of everyday people.

As a leader in innovation for the last 30 years, Christian leveraged his talents in order to build both teams and products that explore the overlap between the untapped potential of emerging technologies and inspirational consumer experiences.

His teams delivered the original inline skate and snowboard product lines for Nike, as well as the world’s first intelligent shoe and smart soccer ball for adidas, adidas miCoach, and more. Over time, Christian has cultivated the ability to operationalize creativity as a catalyst to move the needle for brands and businesses alike.

Scott

Scott has alway been drawn to the art of design in search for a meaning that taps into our collective memory.

Beyond problem solving and good design to reduce friction in users lives, he is searching for answers to their aspirations and how products can make people feel creating inspired and lasting connections.

As an Industrial Designer he believes that if a product is to truly enhance users lives, a solution must first come from understanding the role it will play in their life.

Originally from the UK, Scott has won product design awards in the US, UK, Italy, Germany and Japan from his 15 years in innovation at adidas. One of his career highlights was pitching and designing the first thermally-bonded official FIFA World Cup soccer ball for 2006 - balancing a new visual language for adidas with the technical opportunities to satisfy emerging trends in player skills development.
